Backend Developer (m/f/divers)


  • Agile Methodologies (XP, Scrum, Kanban)
  • Clean Code
  • REST
  • Functional Programming
  • Continuous Integration
  • Debugging
  • Owning small projects and/or features
  • Usage of Docker/Docker Compose for local development environment
  • Building Docker environments for local development
  • Version Control / GIT
  • TDD
  • Refactoring
  • Application Architecture
  • Architecting relational/non-relational databases
  • Development of reusable SDKs and Libraries
  • Deployment pipeline configuration
  • Knowledge to discuss architecture with more experienced colleagues
  • Cloud service like Azure


  • Familiarity with frameworks like Spring (Java)
  • RDBMs
  • Linux / Unix CLI usage and automation
  • Composer or Maven/Gradle
  • Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of different program languages, such as: Go, Python, Ruby
  • NoSQL Databases such as: Mongo DB, Cassandra, Dynamo DB...
  • Very good English skills and optional German language skills
